In what format can the drawings be sent?

The files can be sent in any graphic format, such as TIFF, JPEG or even PDF. You can also send paper drawings to our office by courier. You can also e-mail your AutoCAD drawings to us at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it or upload them onto our (secure) FTP server or extranet. Upon request, we will provide you with a unique password and ID to access our FTP server or extranet.

What drawing standards are followed?

We stick to Drawing Standards as described by you. However, we can also use default standards such as AIA guidelines.

How do we communicate?

Communication can be done by email, phone, by fax , online chat or even a face-to-face meeting (for large projects). We also setup FTP transfers and/or extranets with unique user IDs and Passwords for our clients. In what resolution should the paper drawings be scanned?

The paper drawings can be scanned starting from 150 DPI - 200 DPI, however the most important part is the clarity of the information to be sent.

What is the expected turnaround time for an assignment?

Although the turnaround time depends on the type, complexity and quantum of work involved in the given assignment, we ensure that the time frame as agreed upon for completion is adhered to without fail. Depending on your specific requirements we may deploy additional resources to substantially reduce the turn around time or time frame for completion of assignment.

Do you spell-check the drawings?

Yes, we make every effort to maintain quality of the drawings, be it text or any other information. However we may need a glossary or interpretation of architectural terminology if the language is other than English.

What about privacy and security of data?

We make all efforts to ensure strict confidentiality and security of data and details sent to us and as per your specific instructions, using the latest security protocols concerning online transfer and management of confidential and critical data.

How can you send heavy data files?

We have high-speed Internet service connections and can transfer a huge amount of data through the Internet. We can also burn a CD and courier it to you as per your convenience.

Can clients review the CAD files/drawings on an ongoing basis to insure quality, accuracy, offer feedback and make corrections (if any)?

Yes, through Microsoft Net Meeting/ Yahoo Messenger/ Google Messenger/ Skype applications or telephone, Clients can review the work progress and suggest changes (if any) to the CAD drawings in real time. Customers are encouraged to contact us for details to setup this facility and review method.

What are the payment options and how may the payment be made?

Depending on your preference the payment may be executed as per the mutually agreed terms of service. Preferred payment options include Electronic Funds Transfer, Paypal in U.S dollars.

Are these services permissible under law?

These Net Enabled services are covered under World Trade Organization (WTO) agreement and are signed by more than 110 countries around the Globe.

Pricing info

Our rates are among the best in the CAD Drafting outsourcing industry and our service levels and quality are of the highest standards. Also, we can work with you to ensure that our price and turnaround time match your specific budget and project timeline needs.

For most projects our rates are as low as $12 per hour for 2D, $20 per hour for 3D and 4D. Progressive discounts shall apply. In addition, you can request for a certain level of engineers (i..e, at least 5, 10, 15 or 20 years working experiences). We guaranty that all staffs have at least 5 years working epxeriences.

For most jobs under 25 hours, billing will be 100% on completion; for jobs over 25 hours and 3D/4D work, billing will be 50% on submission, and the remainder due upon completion.

For customers with good payment history with us, we can extend up to 30 days credit.
