Welcome to the Viet Nam Computer Aided Design (VNCAD) - a civil engineering outsourcing company. The company was formed from the Computer Aided Design Group, National University of Civil Engineering, Hanoi, Viet Nam in 1996. With over 10 years of steady growing and hundreds of sucessful projects, Viet Nam Computer Aided Design Group has been proven to be great choices of our partners and customers. Quality assurance and on-time delivery are the keys to our sucess and reputation. 

WHY US: 

After years of very sucessful business, we officially establish Viet Nam Computer Aided Design Ltd. We are working hard to  expand our market to the Europe, North America, Asia and Middle East. There are four reasons to cooperate with Vietnam Computer Aided Design Ltd.:

  • WORKING SKILLS: Vietnam Computer Aided Design Ltd. is formed by a group of great engineers. Our staffs are qualified engineers with B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from many developed countries in the world such as USA, Canada, Australia and Germany. Many of us have several years working in consulting and software development companies from those countries.
  • GREAT ENVIRONMENT: Vietnamese economic has been growing rapidly in the last 10 years (7-8% per years). Vietnam is one of the safest countries for investors and join World Trade Organization (WTO) by the beginning of 2007. Civil and Environmental engineering are of the fastest growth industries in Vietnam. We are facing a great need of developing infrastructure and managing environmental issues. Foreign cooperation therefore would be the best solution for our country (i.e., technology transfer).
  • LOW COST: Labour in Vietnam is very cheap comparing to developed countries like USA, Canada, Germany, etc. It allows us to delivery high quality services at low cost. Our research shows that pay rates for civil engineering consulting, design, software development and CAD drafting in Vietnam are only from 10%-30% of that in the USA and Canada (source: payscale.com).
